Tuesdays Tunes: The Damn Jackals " Lovely Nothin "

I have been a fan of the Brooklyn Band The Damn Jackals for a few years now, we covered one of their very first songs on The Girls At The Rock Show when it was still around, so I am certainly glad to see that they are still at it making new music.




The band makes rowdy puck music that is inspired by late 60's garage rock, early 70's glam rock, and the best CBGB's style punk, in other words, some of the best music that history has to offer. 

They recently released a new single titled Lovely Nothin, an upbeat retro tune that dives into the modern parallels of addiction, vanity, and self-worth derived from social media perception.
