I am in a group that we call Book Voyage, and we all send a book to a certain person, read it, annotate it, and send it on, at the end of the year, you get your book back, and it is so fun reading the notes that everyone has written on it. 

This year we picked Romance as our genre, and the first book I received was Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren. It takes me a bit to read the entire book, one of our girls dropped out for the year and that gave us three months to read instead of the usual two so I am reading about a chapter a night. Anyway here is my teaser for the book.

The first trip after the summer--after our declaration that we were together, after that sweet aching kiss--was in mid-September. The air was thick with the relentless heat of Indian summer, and I used it as an excuse to spend the entire weekend in my bikini.

I am really enjoying this book, and I am sure I will get it read long before I need to.
